Initiatives / Outcomes for Success
Providing weekly client reports, analyzing key metrics, and summarizing performance results.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of client results, tracking progress, and producing data-driven reports.
- Assisting Partnerships manager on Weekly Client Calls to present reporting insights and answer client questions.
- Collaborating with the Media Buying and Growth Strategy Teams to ensure seamless client communication and action plans.
- Providing deep eCommerce and advertising knowledge to support accurate and insightful reporting.
Deal Makers
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
A strategic mindset with a focus on data and performance improvement.
Experience in eCommerce and an understanding of digital advertising, including
Ability to create meaningful reports that clearly communicate performance metrics and actionable insights to clients.
Positive, solution-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
Deal Breakers
A “Me First” vs. a “We First” attitude.
Inability to take constructive criticism.
Less than 1 year of experience with eCommerce reporting or digital marketing.
Compensation
Starting at $1000 USD a month
PTO.
Remote Work.
Yearly All Paid For Team Retreats.
