About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lawyer or Paralegal with 3-5 years of legal experience to join our team on a contract basis. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely and the opportunity to contribute to a specialized arbitration course. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing approximately 12 legal assignments related to arbitration, including research, drafting, and analysis.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for part-time work with the possibility of transitioning to full-time, depending on workload and performance. The assignments are project-based, and the contract duration will be determined based on the completion of the arbitration course materials. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and analysis to support the development of arbitration-related course materials
Draft and review legal documents, briefs, and memos related to arbitration cases
Provide comprehensive legal insights on arbitration processes, laws, and case precedents
Collaborate with course instructors or legal professionals to ensure the accuracy and quality of legal content
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality legal assignments
Assist in editing and refining course materials to meet academic and legal standards
Stay updated on relevant legal changes and trends in arbitration law
Qualifications:

Must be a licensed lawyer or certified paralegal
A minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience, with a focus on arbitration, dispute resolution, or similar legal fields
Strong understanding of arbitration law, procedures, and legal frameworks
Proven experience in legal research, drafting, and analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal information clearly and concisely
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments concurrently
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in legal education or contributing to academic legal content is a plus
Familiarity with online course development and e-learning platforms
A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to collaborate with other legal professionals and educators
