Marketing VA Part-time; depending on your performance, will transition to full time

lists, email marketing, and customer interactions.
• ClickFunnels: A platform for building sales funnels and marketing pages to generate leads
and drive sales.
• Hootsuite: A social media management tool used for scheduling posts, managing multiple
social media accounts, and analyzing performance.
• Modernizing Medicine: A healthcare technology platform used for electronic medical
records (EMR), practice management, and medical billing.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate marketing efforts with clinical delivery for medical, surgical care, and hearing
loss treatment, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Develop and document systems and processes to obtain consistent results in marketing
and operational tasks.
• Manage and maintain the mailing list in Keap, and ensure newsletters are sent out
efficiently.
• Monitor Facebook campaigns and track Facebook and other platform Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance and achieve
marketing goals.
• Keep and maintain a calendar of tasks for the organization, performed on a daily, weekly,
monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
• Edit, layout, and ensure timely production of the newsletter.
• Manage all aspects of creating graphics and collateral for marketing purposes.
• Manage and edit the podcast, including obtaining guests and booking for the show.
• Assist in the development and production of multiple curriculums and courses.
• Track participants' progress through courses and marketing campaigns in Keap and
ClickFunnels.
• Coordinate scheduling of all sales calls with the clinical calendar.
• Maintain a content and email calendar to ensure consistency and timeliness.
• Manage and maintain a calendar of tasks for the organization, performed on a daily, weekly,
monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
• Catalog all emails, posts, graphics, and collateral for future reference.
• Send follow-up emails to prospects and nurture leads.
• Assist with any other tasks required by members of the management team to support the
marketing department.
• Edit videos and manage content in Sprout Video, ensuring high-quality and engaging video
content for marketing purposes.
• Use Keep and maintain a calendar of tasks for the organization, performed on a daily,
weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
• Suggest, compose, and edit posts and emails for social media and newsletters.
• Handle social media management across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn,
Instagram, and Hootsuite.
• Manage all emails sent multiple times a week via Keap.
• Develop and document systems and processes to obtain consistent results in marketing
and operational tasks.
• Ensure tasks are assigned to the appropriate staff members and followed up on as
necessary.
• Monitor and utilize an API between Modernizing Medicine and Keap for seamless data
integration and workflow automation.
• Qualifications (Ordered by Impact on Organization):
• Experience in creating and editing compelling copy for marketing purposes, with a focus on
driving engagement and conversion.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with clinical delivery for medical, surgical care, and hearing
loss treatment, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Proficiency in using Keap, ClickFunnels, Hootsuite, Modernizing Medicine, and other
relevant marketing tools.
• Experience in developing educational content, including courses, videos, and
presentations, to effectively engage and educate audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or willingness to undergo
training to effectively implement and run EOS for the management team.
