JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate ISA who is well-versed in the "language of real estate".
The successful candidate will manage the incoming buyer/seller leads, set up appointments, and run a drip contact campaign.

Your RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
-Communicate with leads via phone and internet/e-mail/text.
-Log leads in the CRM. Add to drip campaigns to stay in touch with the leads.
-Set them up with listing alerts.
-Manage shared Outlook calendar with all of our agents.
-Set up appointments with agents.
-Follow up and Track leads to ensure that they are compatible with the agent and their needs are being met.
-Answer phones (inbound & outbound), file, update websites, general office admin.
-Handle admin tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have Real Estate experience
-Exceptional computer skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English Language
-Customer Service
-Sales experience
-Phone calling experience
-Appointment Setting
-Tech-savvy (with Google doc/sheets experience)
-Fast and reliable internet
-Experience with CINC CRM is a HUGE plus
