What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage the onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring every new hire feels welcomed and prepared.
Handle HR responsibilities such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management with a focus on employee experience.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding workflows.
Build and optimize onboarding programs that reflect our company’s values and culture.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through the onboarding process and setting them up for success.
Keep our HR policies up to date, ensuring compliance and alignment with our company’s goals.
