Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Coordination: Stay on top of daily tasks, ensuring maintenance and cleanings are completed in time and property is ready for incoming guests.
2. Guest comms: be able to talk to a happy guest or an angry guest and calm down any type of situation and change the vibe from a bad one into a great one ensuring we get a five-star review!
3. Be able to multitask and be on top of things, ensuring that you know exactly what's going on in each property to ensure that nothing fall between the cracks and the day-to-day operation runs smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
1. Full-Time Availability: Philippines Graveyard shift (morning US time), no part-time jobs.
2. World class costumer service: Warm, empathetic, with high emotional inteligence, proactive in resolving guest issues.
Detail-Oriented: Highly organized and capable of multitasking effectively.
