Supply Chain Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and monitor the company’s supply chain strategies.
Analyze supply chain-related data and reports.
Monitor and evaluate KPIs for overall supply chain operations.
Streamline and update all supply chain processes in real-time to prevent confusion.
Oversee and manage the resolution of supply chain issues, including production delays, delivery challenges, and inventory shortages, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with vendors, logistics partners, and internal departments to develop and implement coordinated growth strategies, optimizing the supply chain for scalability and efficiency.
Manage and assess the performance of direct reports.
Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of work before submission.
Maintain confidentiality of data and company information.
Provide regular feedback to superiors on task status and discuss relevant concerns.
Perform other related duties as required.
Follow approved work procedures and guidelines of the company and department.
Comply with company policies.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

2 years minimum experience as a supply chain manager, international experience is a plus.
E-commerce experience is required
Experience with FMCG is a plus
Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
