As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support one of our clients based in Melbourne.

Job Overview:
- *Position Title:* Administrative Assistant with Marketing Experience
- *Experience Needed:* Relevant experience in administrative support and marketing
- *Work Hours:* Part-time, 25 hours per week
- *Work Schedule:* Australian Business Hours (Melbourne AEST)
- *Work Arrangement:* Remote work
- *Start Date:* October 1st

Key Responsibilities:
- *Administrative Support:*
- Manage scheduling and appointments for clients and practitioners.
- Send out service agreements and handle all related paperwork.
- Liaise with parents and clients to ensure clear communication.
- Respond to enquiries via email and phone (inbound and outbound calls).

Client Management:
- Efficiently book clients into the calendar.
- Attend to practitioners’ needs to support their workflow.

-Marketing and Content Creation:
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Design visually appealing materials using tools like Canva and Adobe.
- Assist with both organic and paid marketing strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or therapy setting.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Proficiency in email communication and general office tasks.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
