Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and manage client records.
Follow up with leads and maintain communication with potential clients.
Assist in payment collection and invoicing processes.
Support various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with dog training principles is a plus.
Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
Proficient in using digital tools and software for data management.
