JOB OVERVIEW

Dear,
For our Swedish dropshipping business aiming to hit 7 figures this year, we are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with experience in customer management and communication. This is a long-term position where you will become part of our new team.
You must understand the entire customer service process and be highly developed in communication. Read on to find out what tasks we expect you to perform, as well as the experience we feel is necessary for this job.
Please answer the following questions if you are interested:
Do you have experience in customer service within e-commerce or dropshipping?
Do you have experience handling customer inquiries and complaints via email and chat?
Do you have experience using Trello for task management?
Have you used Slack for communication with team members?
Are you available for 3-5 hours a day, 5-6 days a week?
As a Customer Service Representative with us, you have:
Experience in customer service (Must!)
Excellent communication skills (Must!)
Experience using Trello, Monday.com, or similar tools (must)
Experience with different communication platforms (Slack)

Your duties will be:
Handling customer inquiries and issues professionally.
Communicating with team members who participate in the same process.
Being aware of the entire process and ensuring there are no delays.
Updating Google Sheets with customer cases and following the given instructions.
