Job Description:
Sai Air Duct Cleaning is seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Agent Manager to lead our customer service team. With over 5 years of proven experience in customer service management, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, driving referrals, and handling inbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction for our residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the customer service team, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to company standards.
Inbound Call Handling: Manage and train the team to effectively handle a high volume of inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and scheduling appointments with professionalism.
Referral Generation: Develop strategies to encourage and track customer referrals, contributing to the growth of the business.
Customer Satisfaction: Address escalated customer concerns with empathy and efficiency to maintain trust and satisfaction.
Process Optimization: Create and refine customer service workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze customer service metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance team performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with scheduling and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a customer service management role, with hands-on experience in handling inbound calls and team management.
Referral Skills: Proven ability to implement and drive referral programs to increase business opportunities.
Leadership: Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and guide the team.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and problem-solving.
Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering a superior customer experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and scheduling tools is an advantage.
