We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HighLevel CRM Associate to assist in managing and optimizing our client projects using the HighLevel CRM platform. This is a gig role with the potential to evolve into part-time or full-time employment based on job performance and work quality.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and configure HighLevel CRM accounts for clients, including automation workflows, funnels, and email campaigns.
Customize dashboards, forms, and pipelines to align with specific client needs.
Manage lead generation and tracking systems within the CRM to optimize client conversions.
Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and ensure smooth integration with other digital tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement automation strategies that enhance customer experience.
Provide training and support to clients on using the HighLevel platform effectively.
Regularly update and maintain client CRM systems to ensure peak performance.

Requirements:
Proven experience with HighLevel CRM or similar CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, automation workflows, and lead nurturing strategies.
Ability to customize and troubleshoot CRM features based on client needs.
Excellent organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Skills:
Experience with marketing automation and email marketing tools.
Knowledge of integration tools such as Zapier, Make, etc.
Familiarity with other CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or ActiveCampaign.
