JOB OVERVIEW

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online visibility, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website. You will work closely with our sales teams to create content that aligns with our brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.
• Respond to and engage with our online community in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the construction or related industry is a plus.
