**Role Overview:**
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will follow a structured process to ensure our customers are satisfied. This role requires familiarity with the following platforms:
- Re-Amaze (help desk CRM)
- Shopify (eCommerce platform)
- Slack (communication)
- ChatGPT (for prompts + translations)
- DeepL (for translation)
- PayPal (for managing disputes)
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Address customer complaints and inquiries
- Report on refunds and complaints
- Respond promptly to customer
- Contribute to documentation and support process improvements
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy in all communications
**Requirements:**
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Minimum of 2 years in eCommerce customer support
- Organized, motivated, and eager to learn
- Available for team calls and able to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Ready to start immediately, with a willingness to transition from part-time to full-time after a two-week trial
