About the Role:

Are you passionate about connecting with clients and driving business growth through strategic lead generation? If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, we’d love to meet you!

As a Client Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a critical role in our success. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing targeted campaigns to identify, qualify, and engage high-potential leads, turning them into business opportunities. Your outreach will help build a steady pipeline of quality leads, ensuring our cutting-edge services are in front of the right audiences. You’ll work closely with our project and sales teams, setting up meetings that lead to long-term partnerships. And you’ll do it all within a workplace that prioritises employee satisfaction, well-being, and professional support—because we believe that when you thrive, so do we.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
- Design targeted campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn, to connect with our ideal prospects.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimise lead funnels, improving conversion rates.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads, guiding them through the sales journey to form lasting business relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage CRM systems to track leads, monitor progress, and report on performance.
- Stay current with the latest lead generation tools and trends to continually enhance strategies.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in lead generation and campaign management, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to refine strategies and optimise conversion rates.
- Experience with CRM systems for managing leads and tracking performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative in developing and executing lead generation strategies.
- Availability to work full-time, 9 am - 5 pm AEST (8 hours per day).

Perks of Working with Us:

Recharge Days:
We understand that sometimes you just need a break to recharge. That’s why we offer Recharge Days—an extra day off every month to unwind, focus on personal projects, or simply relax. No questions asked. We want to support your personal and professional development, because when you grow, we grow too.

Learning and Development Hour:
We believe in continuous growth. Every week, you’ll get a dedicated Learning and Development Hour to spend on honing your skills, whether it’s diving into an online course, reading industry news, or experimenting with new tools. We’re committed to helping you expand your knowledge and advance your career.

Focus Fridays:
We know how important it is to have uninterrupted time to focus on meaningful work. That’s why we’ve introduced Focus Fridays—a dedicated day each week where there are no meetings or interruptions. This allows you to focus entirely on deep work, creative tasks, or anything else that requires your full attention.
