Must be able to read consumer reports and put all of the negative items into a letter accordingly . I will recommend using chatgpt for the letter writing , to make it easier and a quicker process . You will be added to the Dispute Fox software and all of my clients Identification , proof of address , credit reports or credit monitoring will be available so you can easily send the letters off with the attached documents for a easy dispute process .

Hours: Flexible with required availability from 3pm to 11pm EST, with preference for additional communication between 2am to 8am EST.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Credit Repair Dispute Specialist to join our team. As a Dispute Specialist, you will be responsible for handling client disputes, filing necessary complaints, and preparing high-quality dispute letters. You must have experience in credit repair, dispute processes, and be proficient in using Dispute Fox. Strong communication and time management skills are essential, with an emphasis on availability during late afternoon to evening EST hours.

Responsibilities:

Process clients' disputes in Dispute Fox.
Draft and send dispute letters using Metro2, consumer law, and factual disputing methods.
File complaints with the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau) and FTC (Federal Trade Commission).
Effectively handle correspondence and communication with credit bureaus, creditors, and other agencies.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team and clients from 3pm EST to 11pm EST. Availability from 2am to 8am EST is also preferred.
Keep detailed records of dispute progress and results.
Requirements:

Proven experience in credit repair and dispute processes.
Proficient in Dispute Fox software.
Strong knowledge of Metro2, consumer law, and factual disputing strategies.
Experience filing CFPB complaints and FTC reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Availability from 3pm to 11pm EST (with additional preference for 2am to 8am EST availability).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a credit repair firm or similar role.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
