We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon FBA business through online arbitrage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing 7 to 8 potential leads for Amazon FBA products daily, ensuring each lead meets strict criteria for profitability and demand.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Sourcing: Identify and source high-quality leads for Amazon FBA products daily, focusing on online arbitrage opportunities.
Tool Utilization: Use tools such as Keepa and Seller Amp to analyze and verify the profitability, demand, and overall viability of each product lead.
Lead Criteria:

Sales Volume: Target leads should include products with 100+ units sold in the past month.
Profitability: Products must have a minimum of 30% Return on Investment (ROI).
Verification: Leads must have the "Bought in Post Month" Amazon stamp.
Category Exclusions: Avoid sourcing leads in categories such as clothing, makeup, shoes, vitamins, hazardous materials, and oversized items.
Source & Quality Check:

Reputable Sources: Ensure all sourcing websites are reputable, legitimate, and based in the US.
Site Legitimacy: Verify the legitimacy of the sourcing sites and their reviews.
IP Issues: Review potential Intellectual Property (IP) issues to avoid restricted products.
Buy Box Stability: Ensure that all products have a stable buy box.
BSR Rank: Focus on leads with a Best Seller Rank (BSR) of 90,000 or lower.
Branded Listings: Confirm that listings are correctly branded and that the sourcing websites are legitimate US-based platforms.
Daily Reporting:

Provide detailed reports on all sourced leads at the end of each workday, ensuring they meet the specified criteria.
Continuously stay informed about changes in website reputability, brand restrictions, and Amazon policies to ensure the quality of leads.
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in Amazon FBA, online arbitrage
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using tools like Keepa, Seller Amp, and other Amazon-related software for product analysis.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to assess product viability based on profitability, demand, and other criteria.
Proactive: Ability to stay updated on market trends, Amazon policies, and sourcing best practices.
Preferred Skills:

Market Research: Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to product sourcing and Amazon compliance.
