YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
------------------------

As a Video Editor and Designer for Chip Leader Coaching, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that highlights our cutting-edge poker training programs.

Some of the tasks include:
- Editing long-form videos into concise, engaging content for YouTube and other platforms.
- Editing short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to capture viewers' attention quickly.
- Creating eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube and Instagram that attract attention.
- Designing engaging graphics for marketing materials, social media, and promotions.
- Editing long Webinars and Livestreams into digestible and engaging pieces of content for CLC Subscribers
- Managing and organizing files in an efficient manner.
- Other creative tasks as assigned, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you grow in the role.

I'm skilled and well versed in the technical aspects of video editing and graphics design so I'll be able to guide you through creative insights and specific instructions for the type of content and social media strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:
-----------------------------

- High-speed internet and ability to work remotely.
- Proven experience in video editing (especially for social platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok).
- Experience creating thumbnails and graphic design.
- Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut) and design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
- Familiarity with poker is a huge plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Confidence in presenting and discussing your work in meetings.
