Our goal is to scale our businesses into billion-dollar ventures, and we need a Data Analyst to help us achieve this by diving deep into our data, providing actionable insights, and guiding our strategy.
We are looking for someone who can analyse data from all platforms we operate on, including eCommerce sites, marketing campaigns, social media, and website performance. The ideal candidate will provide us with in-depth breakdowns, strategies, and growth tactics to help us and our clients achieve consistent success.

The successful candidate will be able to provide comprehensive reports and breakdowns, offering strategies, insights, and actionable recommendations that will help us optimise performance across all business units. Your data-driven analysis will guide our marketing strategies, product selections, customer targeting, and overall business growth.
We will also have a vast amount of our own eCommerce stores .
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Analysis:
Gather, process, and analyse data from various sources, including websites, eCommerce platforms, ad campaigns, social media, and CRM systems.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel, SQL, and BI Tools to perform deep dives into performance data.
Comprehensive Reporting:
Create and present comprehensive reports that break down critical KPIs, trends, and insights. Provide actionable recommendations for growth, optimisation, and scaling.
Use data visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to create easily digestible reports and dashboards.
eCommerce Data Mastery:
Analyse data from eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay, Etsy, and Amazon to provide insights into sales trends, customer behaviour, and product performance.
Track conversion rates, abandoned cart metrics, customer lifetime value (CLV), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to inform marketing and inventory decisions.
Digital Marketing Data:
Analyse data from advertising platforms such as Google Ads,
Provide detailed breakdowns of campaign performance, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Provide insights on SEO performance, keyword rankings, and content effectiveness.
Customer Behaviour Insights:
Monitor customer engagement, retention rates, and purchasing behaviours across platforms. Identify patterns and suggest strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Segment customers based on behaviour, demographics, and purchase history to target marketing and product selection.
Competitive Analysis:
Perform competitor analysis to provide insights into market trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for product expansion or marketing positioning.
Growth Strategies:
Use the data collected to create growth strategies, focusing on scalability, increasing conversion rates, and maximising profitability across all channels.
Identify emerging trends and offer recommendations on how BE : 1 MEDIA™ can capitalise on new opportunities.
Optimise Workflow & Automation:
Assist in setting up automated processes for data collection and reporting, ensuring that data is always up to date and accessible in real-time.
Recommend tools and systems that can enhance data collection, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven Experience:
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a similar field.
Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy) and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads,
Advanced Data Analysis Skills:
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) for in-depth analysis and reporting.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console to track and optimise web performance.
Marketing Analytics:
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing metrics, including CTR, ROAS, CAC, and SEO performance.
Ability to optimise paid campaigns and recommend strategies for improving ROI and conversion rates.
Data Visualisation & Reporting:
Expertise in turning raw data into easily digestible reports and dashboards, using data visualisation software.
Ability to present data and insights clearly to stakeholders, guiding strategy and decision-making.
Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends to solve problems and improve performance across all platforms.
Understanding of UI/UX Metrics:
Experience analysing user behaviour metrics (bounce rates, session duration, heat maps) to optimise user experience and conversion rates on eCommerce websites.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Full-Service Agencies:
Prior experience working in a full-service digital agency or eCommerce business, managing data across multiple projects and platforms.
Advanced Data Tools:
Familiarity with data automation tools like Zapier or Integromat to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
Data-Driven Mindset:
A passion for data, with the ability to think strategically about how data can be used to grow businesses and drive success.
