We are seeking a motivated and confident Outbound Salesperson with a passion for building strong relationships and driving results. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a knack for closing sales. This role requires someone who is driven, enthusiastic, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Proactively reach out to potential leads through calls, emails, and sms to generate interest and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with leads, emphasizing trust and rapport to foster strong business connections.
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches to resonate with prospects on an emotional level, using empathy and insight to guide the conversation.
- Confidently overcome objections and expertly navigate challenges to close sales.
- Track, manage, and report on sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress towards sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions from lead to client.

**Key Qualifications:**
- Proven track record in outbound sales, with a strong emphasis on relationship building.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
- Strong confidence in presenting and closing sales, with a drive to exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of cars is a plus. Familiar with different makes and models, sedans, and SUVs so you can responsibly match the client to the right vehicle for their needs.

Work schedule:
Available work hours is 8am EST to 8pm EST seven days a week.
Must be able to work a predictable schedule of 20-40 hours per week.

Your Auto Hub is a state of the art car rental business focusing on long-term guests that need a car to make money with. Most of our current customers drive for Uber and Lyft but expands to Door Dash, Amazon, Instacart, etc.
