Landscaping Commercial Prospect Communication, Estimating and Proposal Writing

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Commercial Prospect Communication, Estimating, and Proposal Writing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with potential commercial clients, providing accurate estimates, and preparing professional proposals and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicating with potential commercial prospects via email and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
Measuring commercial properties to determine service requirements.
Calculating service prices based on property measurements and client needs.
Writing detailed proposals and contracts tailored to client specifications.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient pricing and contract preparation.

Qualifications:
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in customer communication, proposal writing, or a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately calculate measurements and pricing.
Proficiency in using email communication and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A customer-focused mindset, ensuring client satisfaction through clear and professional communication.
Stable internet connection.
