Scriptwriter

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented editor/writer who can turn long-form video content into high-performing short-form clips for social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for transcribing video clips, structuring them using the viral formula (hook, value content, payoff), synchronizing raw audio with video, and operating AI software to streamline these tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transcribe video clips and structure them to fit social media's viral video formula (hook, value content, payoff).
- Turn a raw long-form video content into raw short-form clips tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Synchronize raw audio with raw video footage for accurate timing and seamless editing.
- Operate AI software tools to assist in video transcription, editing, and synchronization.
- Ensure that all content aligns with current social media trends and best practices for maximizing engagement.
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to produce high-quality video content.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in writing scripts for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, capcut, or similar tools).
- Experience in using AI tools for transcription, audio/video syncing, and other editing tasks (e.g., Opus.pro, Descript, Otter.ai, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media content trends and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with basic video cutting/editing.
- Ability to analyze and adjust content based on social media analytics and performance.
- Knowledge of various social media algorithms and their impact on video reach and engagement.
- Ability to understand and write in English (required)
