We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Appointment Setter to help manage and confirm appointments with prospective clients. This role is vital for ensuring our sales team stays organized and focused on converting leads.
Job Summary:
The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting leads immediately after they book an appointment and confirming scheduled appointments on the morning of the set date. The ideal candidate should be organized, have excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call and follow up with leads as soon as they book an appointment to confirm details.
• Confirm all appointments the morning of the scheduled date.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients through phone calls and texts.
• Maintain an up-to-date schedule of appointments.
• Assist with rescheduling or managing cancellations when necessary.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the appointment-setting process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions between appointments and sales calls.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent phone communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Reliable and prompt with following up on tasks.
• Familiarity with Go High Level systems is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours if needed.
• MUST have a good American accent.
