You will work closely with financial institutions and lenders to ensure our clients have access to the best funding opportunities based on their credit and financial situation.

This position requires both expertise in credit repair laws and an understanding of funding requirements and financial documentation. You will directly support clients by providing actionable steps to repair their credit and assist them in successfully obtaining funding. The ideal candidate will have a background in both credit repair and funding, with excellent communication skills to provide top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Report Analysis: Conduct detailed reviews of client credit reports to identify inaccuracies, errors, and areas that can be improved.
• Credit Dispute Management: Handle the full dispute process, including writing dispute letters, communicating with credit bureaus, and following up to ensure inaccuracies are corrected.
• Credit Education and Strategy: Educate clients on how to maintain and improve their credit after the repair process, providing personalized recommendations based on their financial goals.
• Funding Assessment: Evaluate clients’ financial and credit profiles to determine eligibility for personal or business funding. Develop a clear path for clients to achieve the necessary credit score and financial standing to meet funding criteria.
• Funding Application Support: Assist clients in gathering necessary financial documents, completing funding applications, and submitting them to appropriate lenders or financial institutions.
• Financial Institution Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with banks, lenders, and funding partners to ensure access to a wide range of funding options for clients.
• Funding Process Management: Track the status of all funding applications, providing updates to clients and working to resolve any issues that arise during the process.
• Compliance with Credit Laws: Stay informed about U.S. credit laws (e.g., FCRA, FDCPA) and funding regulations to ensure that all processes are compliant and in the best interest of clients.
• Client Communication and Updates: Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on their credit repair progress and funding applications, ensuring they are informed every step of the way.
• Problem Solving and Case Management: Handle complex client cases, offering creative solutions to improve their credit standing and access funding opportunities that may otherwise be unavailable.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in credit repair, funding, or a similar financial services role.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of U.S. credit repair processes, including knowledge of credit reporting agencies, dispute processes, and credit improvement strategies.
• Funding Knowledge: Experience working with personal and business funding, including familiarity with lender requirements, funding processes, and financial documentation.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and accessible way to clients.
• Client Management: Ability to manage multiple clients at once, ensuring both credit repair and funding cases are moving forward in a timely manner.
• Tools & Software: Proficiency in credit repair tools and software (e.g., Credit Repair Cloud) and funding platforms.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, particularly when handling financial documents, credit reports, and funding applications.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex credit and funding issues, offering practical solutions to help clients overcome obstacles.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive financial and personal information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with U.S. credit laws (FCRA, FDCPA) and funding regulations to ensure compliance throughout the process.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with both credit repair and funding clients in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with building and maintaining relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
