Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Offshore Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing our digital presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and various content distribution channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and scheduling weekly updates, distributing news articles, and maintaining our brand’s professional image online.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook that aligns with Upgrade to see actual info Group’s brand and messaging.
Monitor and respond to social media interactions to enhance audience engagement.
Manage the social media calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of content and updates.
Content Distribution:

Distribute news articles, press releases, and company updates across relevant platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather weekly updates and curate content for sharing.
Identify relevant news and trends in the digital asset space to share with our audience.

Email
Marketing & CRM:

Assist in creating and sending weekly email updates to clients and stakeholders using Pipedrive.
Manage contact lists and ensure email communications are professional, concise, and in line with company messaging.
Utilize Pipedrive's features to track and manage interactions, ensuring an organized and streamlined communication process.
Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze the performance of social media and content distribution efforts.
Provide regular reports and insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the internal marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the company’s strategic goals.
Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality visuals and messaging.
Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management, content distribution, and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Excellent written communication skills with a focus on professional and concise messaging.
Experience using Pipedrive for email marketing, contact management, and tracking interactions.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
