Position Available: Data Entry Manager for eCommerce Dropshipping Store

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Manager for our eCommerce dropshipping store. You will be responsible for daily data entry and maintenance of various important spreadsheets, as well as verifying invoices from our suppliers.

Responsibilities:

Input data into various spreadsheets, including:
Testing Sheet
Daily ROAS Sheet
Scaling Sheet
Daily Profit Sheet
Calculate COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and other essential financial data.
Review and verify invoices from our suppliers.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data entry tasks.
Report financial performance and trends to management.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Experience with eCommerce and dropshipping is a plus.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a keen eye for accuracy.
Able to meet deadlines and work independently.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Facebook Ads is a bonus.
