JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Process Operations Manager for a Real Estate Investment Company ($6-8 an hour starting salary)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Process Operations Manager to join our dynamic real estate investment company. The Operations Manager will be responsible for creating process, trouble shooting tools, process documentation and creating process videos.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshooting Tools and Processes:

* Develop tools and resources, including video guides and documentation, to help team members diagnose and resolve operational issues.
* Identify recurring problems, analyze root causes, and create solutions to prevent future occurrences.

2. Developing Video Process Documentation:

* Produce clear, informative videos that demonstrate processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
* Regularly review and revise video content to reflect changes in processes or technology.

3. Process Improvement:

* Continuously assess existing processes for inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
* Introduce new tools or modify existing ones to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

4. Collaboration and Training:

* Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and gather feedback for process improvement.
* Use video content to train new employees and upskill current staff on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

* Ensure all video content and troubleshooting tools are well-documented and accessible.
* Monitor the impact of video and troubleshooting tools on operational efficiency and report findings to management.

6. Maintain open and transparent communication with team members and upper management.

10. Familiarity with Go High Level / REI Reply, including troubleshooting the system when issues arise

Requirements:
1. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and develop solutions.

2. Strong understanding of process optimization techniques and methodologies.

3. Proficiency in creating and editing instructional videos, including scripting, filming, and post-production.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey process information and troubleshooting instructions.

5. Strong organizational skills to manage projects related to process improvement and video content creation.

6. Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

7. A high level of responsibility, reliability, and accountability.

8. Willingness to commit to long-term employment and growth within the company.
