Client Overview:
*Hilary is an amazing coach and an 8-figure entrepreneur! She’s looking for an equally amazing marketing assistant who can help grow her following and audience.

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 9am-5pm Mountain Time (US)
*Must have exceptional writing and copywriting skills
*Proven experience with social media growth strategies and content marketing.
*SEO knowledge and experience is nice to have
*Must have experience in social media management and content creation
*Must have email marketing experience
*Must have experience with automation and funnels
*Must know how to create graphics and thumbnails through Canva
*Must have Pinterest experience
*Must be resourceful and creative
*YouTube experience and knowledge are nice to have
*Must be super organized
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Must be female

Software tools used by the client:
*YouTube
*Instagram
*Pinterest
*Manychat (it’s okay if you don’t have experience with Manychat as long as you understand automation and funnels)
*GoHighLevel (it’s okay if you don’t know this as well)
*Kajabi

Responsibilities/Tasks:

Email
Marketing, Content Creation, Strategy, and Management
*Write emails for Hilary's list (Twice a week) to increase engagement and booking
*Write shownotes for podcast episodes
*Take shorts and load them into Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
*Create content and post on social media
*Create thumbnails and add transcripts for YouTube videos
*Develop and execute social media strategies

SEO and Analytics
*Implement SEO best practices to boost visibility and ranking
*Monitor and analyze content performance across various platforms and make strategic adjustments as needed

Research
*Research on potential topics, titles, and hooks for YouTube
*Identify and engage with other influencers for potential collaborations
*Handle guest pitching to get Hilary on podcasts and interviews

Social Media Engagement
*Manage Manychat, set up automation and funnels
*Engage, monitor, and comment on Hilary's account
