About the Job: We’re looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to join our real estate team, with a focus on storage facilities. If you have experience in real estate and love digging into property analysis and lead generation, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Property Analysis: Compare properties, especially storage facilities, and provide insights for investment.
Storage Facility Research: Find and evaluate storage facilities for potential investments.
Lead Generation: Search for new investment opportunities online and analyze their potential.
Lead Management: Keep our CRM updated, track leads, and ensure follow-ups.
Email
Admin Support: Help with daily tasks like updating records, managing spreadsheets, and preparing reports.
Team Collaboration: Stay in touch with the team using Slack and other tools to keep everyone updated.
What We’re Looking For:
Real Estate Experience: Experience as a Real Estate VA or in a similar role, especially with property analysis and investment.
Lead Generation: Ability to find and evaluate leads online.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.
Organized: Able to juggle multiple tasks and keep everything on track.
CRM Skills: Experience using tools like ClickUp or Podio to manage leads.
Detail-Oriented: Careful attention to detail in all aspects of the work.
Nice to Have:
Self-Storage Knowledge: Familiarity with the self-storage sector.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.
Proactive Attitude: Ability to take initiative and identify new opportunities.
Perks:
Salary ranges from $6 to $8 per hour, based on experience.
