About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Transaction Coordinator & Admin Assistant to support our real estate team. In this role, you'll manage transaction documents, coordinate deadlines, and provide essential administrative support to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee transaction documentation, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and submitted on time.
Coordinate and track transaction timelines to ensure seamless closings.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and communication with clients and vendors.
Maintain records in our CRM and ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.

Qualifications

Experience in real estate transaction coordination or a similar administrative role is required.
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in relevant software tools (CRM, MS Office, Google Workspace).
Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
