We seek a Creative Director to lead and enhance our creative team's capabilities. This role is pivotal in hiring top-tier talent, including editors, thumbnail designers, and scriptwriters, and ensuring our existing teams continuously improve and produce high-quality content. The successful candidate will maintain our channels' creative direction, enforce brand consistency, and foster a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the recruitment and development of highly skilled editors, designers, and writers to expand our creative team.
Conduct regular quality checks and provide constructive feedback to maintain high content production standards.
Mentor and train creative staff, sharing knowledge on industry best practices and technological advancements.
Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand goals and audience engagement targets.
Foster a collaborative culture that encourages innovation and a high level of performance among all creative team members.
Liaise with other department heads to ensure a cohesive approach to content strategy and execution.
Manage and optimize workflow processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor industry trends and incorporate new techniques into content creation to keep our channels at the forefront of digital media.

Qualifications:

Proven track record as a creative director or similar role in a digital media environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video content creation and team leadership.
Extensive experience hiring and managing creative personnel.
Familiarity with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering compelling visual storytelling.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
