Job Description:
As a GHL Expert, you will work closely with us to implement, optimize, and automate marketing strategies for both our agency and our clients around lead generation. You will play an instrumental role in integrating AI into our processes and helping create scalable, data-driven marketing solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of the agency and grow alongside it.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage GHL for CRM, marketing automation, and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with us to develop marketing strategies that incorporate AI for improved lead generation and automation.
• Build and optimize email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and sales funnels.
• Implement AI-driven workflows to optimize marketing processes and results.
• Track and analyze data and KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure successful, timely campaign execution.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, GHL updates, and AI-driven marketing technologies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a GHL Expert or in a similar digital marketing role.
• Proficiency in using GHL for CRM management, automation, and performance tracking.
• Solid understanding of lead generation, email marketing, and funnel building.
• Ability to work strategically while also handling day-to-day execution of tasks.
• Strong project management, problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Work during some EST business hours.
• Personal Qualities: Integrity, honesty, a willingness to go the extra mile, a team-player mindset, and coachable.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with automation within GHL and other tools like ClickUp, Zapier, and relevant platforms.
• Experience integrating different platforms into GHL.
• Knowledge of additional digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Experience with sales funnels and conversion rate optimization.
• Certifications in GHL are a plus.
