We are looking of a skilled Customer Service Representative. The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to board members, homeowners, vendors and community managers. Responsibilities:
- At the start of business and throughout the day, review the assigned inboxes and flag
- Monitor the Client
- Interact with difficult clients, board members, homeowners and vendors via telephone, chats, texts, posts,
- Answer the main phone line, responding to all general inquiries, and escalating others as appropriate.
- Search computer databases or files for answers.
- Update customer profiles, account information and databases.
- Look into and resolve complaints.

Qualifications:
- Minimum three years' experience in Customer Service, or Call Center industry.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent listening and restating.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Attention to detail; Customer focused.
- Intermediate computer experience (Microsoft Office and Windows platform)
- Ability to work 40 hours a week following US time zone
