Medical Biller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Medical Biller to handle billing-related calls.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to insurance companies and patients to resolve billing discrepancies
Answer inbound calls regarding billing inquiries
Process and follow up on claims submissions, denials, and re-billing as necessary
Maintain accurate records of billing activity
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely billing
Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive medical information

Qualifications:
Proven experience in medical billing and coding
Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and procedures
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Proficiency with billing software and electronic medical records (EMR)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
