What You’ll Do as an Inside Sales Agent:
+Lead Management: You’ll take charge of managing incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up and organizing outbound communication to support the Outside Sales team.
+Sales Pipeline Oversight: Keep the sales pipeline organized, ensuring all leads are tracked and moving forward efficiently, and no opportunity is missed.
+Support for the Sales Team: Provide the sales team with the resources and information they need to succeed, coordinating schedules, appointments, and client communications.
+Effective Communication: Act as the liaison between the Outside Sales team and clients, ensuring all communications are clear, professional, and timely.
+Follow-Up Coordination: Help manage follow-ups, ensuring that all prospects are engaged and moved along the sales process.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring all sales activities are tracked and up-to-date, giving the team real-time data to work with.
