Part-Time Virtiual Assistant For An Experienced & Successful Industrial Real Estate Broker

I am based and licensed in the State of New Jersey. Manage and update a WordPress-designed website, design/content/SEO background, and the following skills: working with Office 365 and MSFT/Google Spread Sheets. Adobe skills, including PhotoShop, could be a plus. Resourceful with some AI Chatbots. Prior Commercial/ Industrial Real Estate VA experience could be helpful but not mandatory. The VA will learn about Industrial Real Estate (Warehouse/distribution/, Negotiation & Legal. Possible interaction with C-level or higher clients may take place. Some good oral and written skills in English are a plus.
My day starts around 8:00- 8:15 am EST, and I am looking to work with a VA for perhaps 1-2 hours per day. And I guarantee the VA would work 8- 10 hours part-time/week.
