Executive Virtual Assistant (Social Media & Marketing)

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for someone who’s quick to learn, sharp with technology, and ready to dive into a variety of tasks. If you’re the kind of person who loves getting things done, stays organized, and can handle everything from social media to admin work, we want to hear from you.
This role isn’t for someone who needs constant hand-holding. We’re looking for a self-starter—someone who can figure things out and loves tackling new challenges. You’ll need to be good with computers and phones, comfortable working with social media, and ready to learn new things every day.

The Perfect Candidate:
Learns fast and enjoys picking up new skills.
Knows their way around a computer and smartphone.
Has some experience with social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Is super organized and can juggle multiple tasks at once.
Communicates well and can follow instructions without needing them repeated.
Is self-driven and can work on their own without a ton of supervision.
Loves solving problems and figuring things out.
Brings a positive attitude and is always up for a challenge.

What You’ll Do:
Help with social media tasks like scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
Support on admin and marketing tasks—basically anything that needs doing.
Take on new challenges as they come, learn new tools, and stay on top of deadlines.
Assist in marketing efforts.
Schedule will be flexible, but ideally would be M-Sat 9AM-3PM CST
