Podcast Content Assistant

This is a simple role but important that it is done right, with accuracy and on schedule. MUST HAVE GOOD ENGLISH & WRITING SKILLS. IF YOU WANT TO BE CONSIDERED THEN YOU MUST PROVIDE SAMPLES OF YOUR WRITINGS>

This role is to help with my podcast/YouTube production process. Here are the tasks.

1. Fully edited video and audio will be provided for each episode
2. Three thumbnails for each video episode will be provided
3. Episode Tasks:
- Show notes/description - can use Castmagic
- Podcast episode graphic (Canva) - Change episode number and title only
- Upload & Schedule
- podcast in Buzzsprout
- Video on YouTube
- Episode email - from the show notes
- Duplicate and set ManyChat flow - change link and keywords
- Create 3-4 short clips for social media
4. Track and status in Airtable

Also every time an episode gets posted on Buzzsprout, the system automatically creates a podcast episode page on my website, which includes an audio player and the show notes and the episode graphic. So none of that has to be done manually or by us it is automatic. 

Minimum Tech Stack that you need to be proficient in
- Kajabi - emails
- YouTube & Buzzsprout - posting and scheduling
- Canva - Graphic creatives
- Airtable - organization and tracking
- ManyChat - duplicating and setting up flows for each episode

Hours & compensation will change based on level and quality of work.
