Hours: Full-time (45+ hours per week), long-term
Days: 5 days a week, 8am to 6pm or similar, exact days of week TBD
Time-zone: U.S. Central Time (CST)
Pay: $1100 USD / month

We're a US-based retail business that's quickly growing! And we're looking for YOUR help in ensuring the success of our customers. When we think about who our "customers" are, we have a few of them:
1. People who buy our products
2. Our local team members who are physically responsible for our retail stores, and who will look to you for help and guidance
3. Our business partners

Role:
- Communicate effectively with on-the-ground teams by both phone and text to coordinate activities, facilitate operations, answer questions
- Troubleshoot and help solve problems as they arise in operational processes
- Ensure accurate tracking of team hours and activities
- Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities and performance
- Contribute to the overall mission of improving the company and enhancing operational smoothness
- Ensure our stores have the right amount of inventory in stock by placing the right orders

Requirements:
- A smile on your face daily - let’s have some fun and enjoy working together!
- Extremely high attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral English skills
- A self-starter who can work independently
- Bachelor Degree or higher (summa, magna or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college is a plus!)
- Minimum 50 Mbps Internet Speed
- Designated office space in your home
