**LOOKING TO HIRE REAL ESTATE ACQUISITIONS - CLOSER FOR A REAL ESTATE ACQUISITIONS COMPANY**

**AVAILABILITY:**

- Part-time availability (30 hours per week).
- Must be willing to work on a Central Standard Time.
- Preferably work 4 hours a day, 5 days a week.
- Able to work from Monday to Friday.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

- Noise Cancelling Headset
- Own Headset and Computer/Laptop
- High Speed Internet

**PREFERENCE:**

We are looking for an Acquisitions Cold Caller with at least 1-2 years of experience in cold calling. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound sales or customer service, with a preference for those who have a background in real estate. We prefer someone who has a driver personality, is outgoing and personable, a great communicator with strong customer service skills, ambitious and driven, able to have conversations without being too pushy, and can connect well with leads. This position requires a minimum of 70-100 conversations per day. This is a direct hire opportunity, so please don’t apply if you are new to the role. **COMPENSATION:**
