We are looking for a Seasoned Recruiter. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in sourcing using all available job ad platforms, screening, and skill matching candidates to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source qualified candidates using various recruitment platforms, social media, job boards, and other sourcing methods to ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
* Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough screening of potential candidates through interviews and assessments to determine their suitability for client requirements.
* Skill Matching: Identify and match candidates' skills, qualifications, and experience to specific job roles and ensure alignment with the client's needs and expectations.
* Collaboration with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, job specifications, and preferences, ensuring that the best candidates are recommended for each role.
Interview Coordination: Facilitate the interview process, coordinating between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
* Background Checks & Validation: Ensure all candidates undergo necessary background checks, and validate their qualifications, skills, and experience to ensure high standards of recruitment.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients regarding the recruitment process, candidate progress, and key metrics.
