Key Responsibilities:

Client & Candidate Engagement:
Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to gather Virtual Assistant (VA) requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Accurately record meeting details for documentation purposes.

Job Ad Creation & Posting:
Write compelling job ads that attract high-quality candidates and post them on relevant platforms.

Candidate Management:
Review applications and screen candidates to find the best fit.
Conduct interviews and update clients every 2-3 days on candidate progress.

Onboarding & Communication:
Update onboarding materials for both clients and VAs.
Handle job offers, ensuring client approvals and feedback.

Administrative Tasks:
Manage Airtable and GHL email communications for effective tracking and documentation.

Qualifications:
At least 4 years of proven experience in talent management or recruiting.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience in talent management or recruiting.
Proficiency with tools such as Airtable and GHL (or similar platforms).
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
