Role Overview:

The primary focus of this role is managing our Shopify store, optimizing product listings, and driving SEO improvements. The VA will also handle customer service, replacing the owner's daughter, who is leaving for college. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, proficient in Shopify, and experienced in SEO optimization (H1/H2/H3 tags, product descriptions).


Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Store Management: Create and manage product listings, update inventory, and ensure the store runs smoothly.
SEO Optimization: Implement and track SEO strategies (H1/H2/H3 tags, meta descriptions, etc.) to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, manage returns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis: Track key performance indicators, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Cross-platform Listings: Assist with maintaining product listings on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, and other platforms.

Candidate Requirements:

Proactive and Autonomous: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
SEO Expertise: Understanding of SEO best practices for product listings, tags, and content optimization.
Shopify Proficiency: Strong experience managing Shopify stores, including handling product listings and backend operations.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication skills in English to handle customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
Data-driven: Able to analyze store performance and optimize based on insights.
