Attend Weekly Process Improvement Meetings: Participate in weekly meetings with leadership to assess ongoing sales operations, contribute to process improvements, and help construct a successful plan to meet and exceed sales metrics.
Maintain CRM Systems: Manage and optimize our CRM (Zoho, Apollo.io), ensuring accurate data input and identifying promising business opportunities that support long-term client relationships.
Contribute to Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present sales performance reports, providing insights to leadership that help shape strategy and improve sales processes.
Research & Analyze Market Trends: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to support sales tactics and contribute to the company’s business development approach.
Support Growth & Inclusivity: Act as a key player in ensuring our sales operations are aligned with the company’s values of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and participate in the creation of the foundational framework for the growth of our sales team.
Administrative Assistance: Provide general administrative support to the CEO and COO, ensuring that all sales-related tasks are completed efficiently and contribute to the broader strategic goals of the company.
