Job Description: Web Developer & Graphic Designer (Part-Time, Gig-Based)

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer and Graphic Designer to join our team on a gig-by-gig basis. The ideal candidate must be an expert in WordPress development and SEO/keyword optimization, with a strong portfolio that showcases both website design and graphic design work. Metrics and performance-driven results from past projects will be highly favored in the selection process.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design and develop custom WordPress websites.
-Optimize websites using SEO best practices and keyword research.
-Integrate and track website performance using pixels for data-driven optimization.
-Create visually compelling graphic designs using the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
-Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visually engaging.
-Implement tracking tools and analytics to monitor website traffic and performance.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as both a Web Developer and Graphic Designer.
-Expert-level proficiency in WordPress development.
-Strong understanding of SEO/keyword search optimization techniques.
-Must have a portfolio showcasing websites and graphic design projects.
-Familiarity with Adobe Suite for design work.
-Experience using pixels for tracking and optimizing website performance.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Additional Qualifications:
-Demonstrated success in designing websites with strong user engagement and measurable metrics.
-Experience in integrating tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, etc.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work on a part-time, flexible schedule.
