Virtual Assistant

Karma Items is offering a unique, full-time opportunity to join a fast-growing and dynamic e-commerce company in the spiritual jewelry niche as a full-time virtual assistant (approximately 35 - 40 hours per week).

What you’ll do:
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Assisting in creating and curating engagement content for social media platforms
- Managing inventory and logistics, including communicating with manufacturing agents and fulfillment centers

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience providing customer support to a product-based ecommerce store using a platform such as Shopify.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to fill in daily timesheets accurately.
- Able to work at least 6 days per week.
