Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Duties:
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and handle incoming calls professionally
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers
- Maintain and update calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
- Oversee phone systems and ensure effective communication within the office
- Assist in training development for new employees and ongoing staff education
- Supervise and support tea
- Payroll
Experience:
- English must be exceptional
- At least one to two year commitment
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with vendor management processes
- Proficiency in file management and record keeping
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling
- Knowledge of phone systems and office communication tools
- Ability to contribute to training development initiatives
- Previous experience in team management is a plus
