Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Ads Expert with a strong background in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and funnel building to manage and optimize our digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience with WordPress and Elementor, as well as a deep understanding of lead generation, sales strategies, and converting traffic into paying customers.

You will be responsible for managing both ZinoWeb’s internal campaigns and our clients' campaigns, ensuring successful ad performance and consistent lead generation. You’ll be expected to deliver measurable results and report directly to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Build and optimize sales funnels to increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop campaign strategies for both agency and client projects.
- Work with WordPress and Elementor to integrate campaigns into client websites.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, sales, cost per conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Attend daily meetings to report progress and results.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads management.
- Strong knowledge of sales funnels and funnel optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor.
- Understanding of lead generation and sales strategies.
- Ability to work in the Los Angeles time zone.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Working Hours:
Part-time: 5 hours a day, 5 days a week.

You will be expected to attend daily meetings to discuss work progress and campaign performance.

Compensation:
Based salary with opportunities for growth and bonuses based on performance.
