JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Administrative Department and onsite Office Admins with data entry management, support the preparation of files and documents for the accounting department, and provide general administrative support as needed. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our offices and the accuracy of our records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist office staff with transaction management using SkySlope.
Support the preparation of documents and files for the accounting department using Darwin (AccountTech).
Enter office invoices via Darwin for the payables department.
Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, email management, and document organization.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.
Collaborate with team members across multiple locations to ensure consistency and accuracy in all data-related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 6 months of experience in the real estate industry.
Experience with SkySlope is required.
Experience or knowledge of transaction coordination in real estate is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Darwin software is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
