Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated WooCommerce Webmaster to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our WooCommerce site, including updates, support, and plugin maintenance. You will play a critical role in improving the overall health of our site and enhancing the customer experience during navigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management: Perform daily updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting of WooCommerce plugins and the site to ensure smooth operation.
Customer Experience: Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance the user experience on our site.
Content Creation & Management: Utilize tools like Canva and Google Docs to create and manage content that aligns with our brand.
Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team, leveraging platforms like Klaviyo for email campaigns.
Project Management: Manage basic project tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company goals.
Data Analysis: Conduct inventory analysis and maintain accurate records, providing insights to support business decisions.
Bookkeeping: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial accuracy.
Attention to Detail: In your application tell us that you love meal prep.
Team Collaboration: Engage actively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers via Slack and other communication tools, contributing to the growth and culture of the company.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a WooCommerce Webmaster or similar role.
Strong proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
Skilled in using tools like Canva, Klaviyo, Retool, Slack, and Google Docs.
Basic project management and bookkeeping experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data inventory analysis and vendor orders.
Thorough understanding of the Prepared Meal industry.
Self-motivated with an extremely proactive approach to work.
