In this role, you’ll be responsible for sending at least 100 highly personalized cold emails daily, engaging potential leads, and converting them into warm prospects. You’ll leverage proven strategies and continuously optimize the campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on using data-driven methods to generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a cold email outreach strategy, starting from scratch.
Send a minimum of 100 personalized emails daily to potential leads.
Write compelling email content that resonates with our target audience.
A/B test subject lines, email copy, and outreach sequences to improve results.
Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize email deliverability and engagement.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure outreach efforts align with business objectives.
Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in cold email outreach, email marketing, or lead generation.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, persuasive emails.
Experience with cold email software and automation tools like Lemlist or Mailshake.
Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing campaign performance through data.
